Delivery and Returns
We ship goods from Monday to Saturday before 3pm. For orders placed before 2pm will be sent on the same day. For orders placed after 2pm will be sent next day.
How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order?
EMS post is normally within 1-3 days within Thailand.
If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to the warehouse and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
Line man messenger is available for Bangkok ONLY. There will be extra charge based on distance.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
-We offer Free EMS Post (1-3 business days) within Thailand
-Worldwide Trackable Delivery starting from THB1,500 depending on weight and size of the items and which country
We know that sometimes the products you purchase online may differ in size or color to what you originally thought or sometime you just change your mind, that’s why we offer you a full refund for unworn and unused items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging and all their tags/labels still attached and all components included.
Please note that we can only exchange the size or color of the garment returned. If you wish to receive a different item please place a separate order online which will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
Returns are processed within 7 working days once received.

Please note we do NOT refund postage and return postage is your responsibility. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage (with tracking information) when returning your parcel as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
In the event that Minene sends out the wrong product to the customer we will incur all costs of returning the product and aim to rectify any problems.

Refunds on purchased items will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned.
